Since the disease is transmitted through sexual intercourse , also male partner may be involved. Candida in humans is manifested by itching, burning, redness, loss bianchastre ( balanitis), but is often asymptomatic. This does not mean that the male can not transmit the infection! Treatment for candidiasis are very long. This type of yeast is persistent and difficult to eradicate.
