The conversation between Bersani Vendola and the day before yesterday has finally overcome the hurdle of the primaries that had so far made it impossible for political confrontation. This meeting opened the discussion phase between the forces that want to build a government agreement. Bersani and Vendola have agreed that this proposal should include the UDC and the need to form a transitional government to amend the electoral law. But now it comes to building a broad front that goes beyond the protagonists of the government forces. In fact we have always believed that there are no conditions for programmatic agreement with the forces of the center-left - in the proposed Vendola Bersani and also including the center - and we must give Democratic pursuing an alliance to defeat Berlusconi stated aim of defending the Constitution, put in place the essential measures of social justice and to amend the election law in sense of proportion.
At this point it is working to change pace and effectiveness of our policy assumptions. And first, to build a real opposition, leading to the fall of Berlusconi. It 'is clear that the unstable equilibrium that supports this government can last longer and produce more damage. Every day that goes by that majority does nothing but further download on the shoulders of the weakest costs a crisis that bites more and more heavily. Just think of the bill at work that basically introduces the individual contract of employment for all new recruits. With this measure, which will soon be discussed by the Chamber in the younger generation will not only be nailed to a destiny of insecurity but will in a war between the poor that is unprecedented in the country.

From next week there will be the meeting of this congress of the Federation of the Left, step forward for the aggregation of a sinister, independent from the PD and with its own anti-capitalist strategy profile. We share with all the forces left a challenge: to overcome the crisis is not just a movement, we need a program alternative. We offer all the forces of the left and in first place to those who will be attending the demonstration on October 16 agreed to define the platform with which to start the comparison with the PD. If the crisis is the result of neo-liberalism, we need a policy that reverses this economic and social policy: the redistribution of income for public intervention in environmental management of the conversion of the economy, from no to war to finance the welfare state, education, research and academia.
