Lab 6:molecular Biology?

ipse ... 'not' ... dixit: Ratzinger or Galileo?

In March 1990, in Parma, the then Cardinal Ratzinger explicitly referring to the philosopher Paul Feyerabend argued that the process against Galileo was reasonable and fair. I limit myself now to bring back just a couple of 'discovery' of what was physicist, philosopher, astronomer, mathematician, and one of the greatest scientists of modern times. Rotation of the earth, sun spots, mountains of the moon ... introduction of the scientific method ... in short, something good seems to have done. But Alas, he hit the Aristotelian philosophia naturalis and so on June 22 of 1633 was condemned by the Catholic Church as heretical. Here's what he did instead
Ratzinger since Pope imposed a sharp slowdown in ecumenical dialogue, has denied any kind of spirituality to Islam, said inconceivable women priests and at the same time reiterated the obligation of celibacy for priests (so many of them will like to vent their instincts ...), has labeled the divorced who wish to remarry denying the restoration of the sacraments, he again ghettoized homosexuals, and not speak of abortion or euthanasia or we may let it warm up, he condemned artificial insemination, has banned embryo research ....
and you ...? where do you stand?
